What is the minimum order quantity?
Most of our products are sold in packs starting from 4 pieces. Some items can be ordered individually. Check each product listing for the minimum order details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa payments. An STK push will be sent to your phone during checkout for secure and instant payment. Bank transfers are also available for large orders.
How long does delivery take?
Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi for orders placed before 2 PM. Nationwide delivery takes 1-3 business days depending on location.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can return damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes! We offer attractive discounts for large bulk orders. Contact us via WhatsApp or email at info@devinewholesaler.co.ke with your order requirements for a custom quote.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page and enter your order number. You can also view order status from your dashboard if you have an account.
